PAYMENT :
All prices are in Euros.
Payments are made online by credit card and are fully secure thanks to the PAYPAL platform.
You are under no obligation to create a Paypal account to make your payment, but you can of course choose to use it if you have one.

In accordance with the European Directive 2000/31 / EC on certain aspects of electronic commerce, the placing of an order implies acceptance by the customer which entails the formation of the contract and the final acceptance by the customer of the prices and the description of the products available for sale as well as all general conditions of sale.

DELIVERY DELAY :
Once your order is registered, it will be confirmed by email and shipped in most cases within 2 to 5 business days.
All orders are shipped from Paris by La Poste: Letter Max, Mini Max or Colissimo for France.
The fees are based on the amount, and are indicated before payment in the detail of your shopping cart. Delivery times are 3 to 5 working days for France, from the confirmation.

RETURNS, EXCHANGE & REFUNDS :

In accordance with the provisions of the french Consumer Code on distance selling (Articles L. 121-16 and following of the french Consumer Code), you have the right of withdrawal without having to prove any reason, without penalty, only the cost of return is your responsibility. The law provides that the buyer of a product has a period of seven working days from delivery. If this period normally expires on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it is extended until the next business day.
Beyond this deadline, Emilie Despeaux will be free to refuse the exchange or refund.

The exchange or refund of items can be accepted only if the items ordered are returned to us in perfect condition, nor worn, nor washed, nor dirty, nor damaged.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility, but shipping costs will not be charged in case of exchange. For items on sale or receiving a discount, you will have a credit on a future purchase.
